We have just witnessed a major crime as something like $3,000,000 dedicated to school kits, for deprived children, was gobbled up the Minister of Social Affairs and distributed to a band of brothers, and sisters.

The fact that no one was arrested, namely the Ministers of Affaires Sociales, and Planification, plus the list of other important folks who drank at the well, is a disappointment for those who believed Jovenel Moise was really set upon some sort of integrity.

I mean, some small thefts are expected….. but taking the entire treasury is really audacious, even for Haiti.

Planification, Affaires Sociales, Education, Agriculture, perhaps Foreign Affairs and Finance.

It is time for President Moise to take control of the game. He must avoid the pressures that force distribution of Cabinet appointments, along with those of Secretaries General, and Directors General  to Senators and Deputies so these pirates can rob the bank.
