The Opposition is being paid by a foreign Sovereign Nation – VENEZUELA – to destabilize their own government, their own country, their own future. (Some insiders also suggest funding from the PRC in an effort to install someone who would dump Taiwan.) However, to these people, with selfish personal agendas, none of this matters. They are focused upon the today’s cash, and what they perceive as their position, once the Jovenel Moise government is destroyed.
The currency involved isn’t Venezuelan or Haitian – no one wants that devalued paper – it is fresh suitcases of $100 American bills!
This philosophy mirrors that of someone who would use an atomic bomb to win possession of a territory with a view to ruling over what remains.
A perverse sort of philosophy that it is “better to rule over nothing,” than “to be a part of something…”
We have seen a gathering of our leading criminal elements, made up of drug-dealers Deputies and Senators (some fill both roles) to promote a predictably violent series of demonstrations – using a neatly phrased “Altenativ Tet Ansanm pou Refonde Ayity” – to camouflage its purpose.
The opposition has always picked neat slogans, “Operation Caesarian” – “Zero Tolerance,” and of course the super one, for PETROCARIBE which avoids any mention of the opposition leaders’ massive involvement in the gigantic thefts.. Preval started the game with a mere $198,000,000.
Their press releases claim the movement is non-political but photos of these meetings show nothing but political people, plus – perhaps – a mistress, or two.
A FEW PEOPLE HOPE TO DISRUPT THE LIVES OF 12,000,000!!
Should these terrorists succeed, they will steal whatever is available and then abandon the Sinking Ship – HAITI – taking their treasure with them.
Rats desert sinking Nation/Haiti with treasure chests!
If the people like Moise Jean Charles, Andre Michel, Beauplan, Evans Paul, Cassy, Pierre, Don Kato, Latortue, and a host of others, succeed, they should be forced to live upon the “scorched earth” they have created.
All Visas should be cancelled, guaranteeing this.
No President is all omnipotent and if you get one, who believes he is, you are in trouble because this person is a DICTATOR under formation.
And, perhaps that is what we really desire. Someone to take control, shoot whoever threatens the power, dictates public functions, demands accountability – with the threat of death, should one fail.
And then follows through!
This is not a criticism of Francois Duvalier. He was the best we have ever produced and society misses him – to this day.
Duvalier’s State Entities
Duvalier’s State Entities were lost when Clinton forced Privitization upon us. Francois Duvalier would never have allowed the generation of power to be gifted to certain private interests, allowing these interests to hold the Nation hostage.
This is not a criticism of Duvalier!
It is a criticism of the Aristide – Preval – Privert Lavalas concept that has effectively destroyed the Haiti Duvalier created. With Duvalier we had Security, Investment, Tourism, and accelerating Literacy Rate, a Parity with the US Dollar and HOPE.
With the Traumatic Trio we saw a total lost of Security, a Detrioration of the Literacy Rate and Zero Investment – Inflation, NO HOPE.
1986 – 2019 an ongoing train wreck in slow motion.
Haiti went from being “THE SAFEST NATION IN THE WORLD,” to one in which you cannot drive through Martissant, or in front of the Prime Minister’s office, without risking your life.

Under Duvalier we had lots of tourists.
Now all we have is reduced Aamerican Airlines service and Level 3 Travel Warnings from the American embassy.
Much of our present Insecurity was generated by the Lavalas militant ex-PNH Director General Michel-Ange Gedeon – during his three year mandate, as he fullfulled the Privert/Aristide/Lavalas plan to derail society, making a Lavalas take-over a reality.
Perhaps there is a message here, if anyone is listening!
The Trump Team could take a lot of pressure off President Moise by having the Treasury Department investigate the Source of Funds, with regard to Gedeon’s fortune in American banks.
Jovenel Moise is not a perfect President.
No one really is.
The President, any President, is simply the leader of the Nation, Dem ocraticall elected to complete a term in office – good or bad – who needs, really needs the support of the best minds and abilities from throughout the population – supporters and opposition. This is the real concept of Democracy that the Haitian system has never understood in a “Winner takes all,” heritage, coupled with a “once a guy/gal sits on the Presidential Chair, you move to overthrow him/her.
There is an old saying about an Irishman who arrives in a new country. As he walks down the steps from the aircraft he looks around and says. “What’s your government. I am against it!”
And so it is with Haiti.
One doesn’t have to fly in to find that philosophy. Just step out of your home and enter a conversation with the first 10 people you meet.
ANYONE CAN BE IN OPPOSITION. OPPOSITION REQUIRES NOTHING POSITIVE – JUST DESTRUCTION OF WHAT EXISTS.
BEING PRESIDENT IS SOMETHING ELSE. THOSE FOLLOWING ARISTIDE/PREVAL – THEN PRIVERT – INHERITED DISASTER.
HAITI IS REPRESENTED BY THIS MOTHER, AND THE CHILD IS OUR FUTURE. UNLESS SOMETHING IS DONE – IMMEDIATELY – THEY ARE BOTH DOOMED.
WE HOPE PRESIDENT TRUMP IS LISTENING.
HAITI IS BECOME A BATTLEGROUND FOR MADURO/VENEZUELA TO EMBARRASS THE TRUMP TEAM.
AND, THE OPPOSITION HAS STATED IT PLAN TO RECOGNIZE THE PEOPLES’ REPUBLIC OF CHINA – DUMPING TAIWAN.
