Haiti - Elections : The representatives of the CSPJ, newly elected, will sit on CTCEP

Friday, Me Néhémie Joseph, spokesperson of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) indicated that the representatives Léopold Belanger, Applys Félix and Ms. Marie Carole Floréal Duclervil, elected last October 9, following the disputed election of 24 July 2012 of 3 previous representatives, are the persons who will represent soon, the CSPJ, at College Transitional of Permanent Electoral Council (CTCEP).

In addition, Me Néhémie Joseph, mentioned that these same people, should also represent the CSPJ in the permanent CEP, after the upcoming elections. However, one may wonder how the CSPJ, which has unable to do anything so far, given the independence of the 3 powers [guaranteed by the Constitution], will proceed to obtain the withdrawal of 3 representatives [Patrick Métellus, Yves Benoit Jean-Marie and Salnave Exantus], already installed to the CEP, by presidential decree, and which so far have refused to resign.
