I was involved with some ONG activities, following the disastrous quake. Very few organizations impressed me since most ONGs belonged to incestuous circles in which the Haitians were never represented.
But, OXFAM is one group that really left a negative impression. OXFAM is not simply one organization, it is a multiplicity, with elements from a number of different nations.

We in Haiti observed the scandalous behavior of our “Saviors.” And we remember many incidents. The sex for OXFAM was just a ripple, compared with the large amount of cash that disappeared.
We will overlook the substantial quantities of hard goods that were sold to intermediaries for re-sale on the streets.
Fortunes were made!
OXFAM’s reaction to this was a situation in which they allowed the guilty to resign, short-circuiting the requirement for any investigation.
OXFAM, THE RED CROSS, AND A NUMBER OF OTHER ONGS, INCLUDING THE CLINTON FOUNDATION, ARE CRIMINAL ORGANIZATIONS, RAPING THOSE WHO LOOK TO THEM FOR HELP.
