Le vrai nom du candidat Jude Célestin vient d’être révélé à la nation et à l’électorat haïtien. Selon Jean- Bertrand Aristide, dans un magistral discours prononcé durant le week-end, le candidat de LAPEH Jude Célestin s’appelle en réalité Jude Lepont Célestin. Ce nom lui vient, toujours selon l’ancien Président Aristide, des équipements volés, dont deux ponts, alors qu’il occupait la fonction de Directeur du CENTRE NATIONAL DES EQUIPEMENTS.

Ainsi, durant les dix années passées au CNE, Jude Célestin a emmagasiné un nombre considérable d’équipements qu’il a transférés au compte de son entreprise de construction personnelle. Un scandale que le Président Aristide n’a jamais digéré. Par deux fois, avons-nous appris de sources concordantes, Aristide a lancé un mandat d’arrêt contre JUDE LEPONT CÉLESTIN. Aristide publicly attacked Jude Celestin for his theft of $23,000,000 from CNE during his 10 years as CNE chief.

Aristide also attacked Jude Celestin for travelling to Petit Goave to offer a bridge to replace the one destroyed by Hurricane Matthew. Aristide pointed out the fact that Celestin had stolen 2 complete bridge units, while Director of CNE and had them stored away, for a rainy day.

Celestin recently visited Petit Goave and promised them a bridge that was not his to give. It already belonged to the Haitian people.

P for his use in Hurricane Matthew relief. Celestin papered over the government CNE markings, with his campaign posters, and pretended the equipment was his. Privert also gave Celestin all the CNE heavy equipment for Hurricane Relief and he pasted his election posters over the CNE signs.

He should be arrested for the theft of the bridges, which now sit in his storage site. Can be traced back to their foreign supplier by Serial Numbers.
