HCT with Madame Manigat must create a new non-political cabinet of competent leaders in each category, backed by loyal Secretary and Director Generals. We must not see Ministries distributed, like boxes of candy to the so call leaders of the Class Politique.

For example, in its last year of existence the Haitian Senate, that unnecessary segment of government – 30 people – bled almost $100,000,000 from the economy when you add up their wages, and other governmentally generated sources of income and graft!!
Haiti’s National Budget was $1,100,000,000!!
