Guy Philippe is not on Aristide’s Christmas card list.

It is Aristide that should be extradited, not Guy Philippe.

Perhaps the focus will change with Donald Trump’s inauguration. Trump has a focus upon the Clinton Foundation, along with the Clinton involvement with Haiti.

The entire Guy Philippe situation is scandalous.

He wasn’t allowed to see his attorney Reynald Georges.

Guy was never presented with any warrant, or other paperwork.

When Reynald Georges and Senator Latortue sought his location, some said he was in American custody, then they said he was at MINUSTAH…and other locations.

It is an outrage that Guy Philippe was not allowed contact with his legal representative, or Senator Latortue.

The American legal system is holding a paper bag filled with Poo.

The parading of Guy, like a hunting trophy is inexcusable.  Sort of like someone shooting a lion and then posing with the body. The people made justice a mockery as they stood around, laughing and joking, pushing Guy here and there o position him for photographs.

Guy had already entered the aircraft, watched by a scruffy guy with an assault rifle. (What are you going to do with an assault rifle in a pressurized aircraft?)

His appearance in court was bizarre when the judge asked Guy if he knew why he was there.

Guy answered in the negative. No one had explained verbally or served him with an arrest warrant, He was not allowed to talk with his Haitian attorney, Reynald Georges.

And then, the judge discovered there was no dossier.

He continued the case until January 12, to see if the court could find the file.

As details in Haiti surfaced, it looked as though Privert was positioning Guy for his assassination. The CEP representative would not release the certification to Guy’s party president. The CEP insisted that Guy appear at exactly 2PM. This allowed positioning of the hit squad,

Guy left the CEP, with his certificate, and went to SCOOP FM where he gave a devastating interview in which he attacked Aristide and Lavalas.

Guy was grabbed at SCOOP and the Americans knew nothing of the game. Although it is claimed that DEA agents were in Haiti, waiting for the arrest, this is not true.

The Americans were caught by surprise.

There were no DEA agents.

There was no DEA aircraft.

Reynald Georges tried to keep Guy in Haiti so the Americans could make their case before a Haitian court. This was refused and Guy was flown off to Miami.

It was a kidnapping, an insult to Haitian sovereignty,

an act that required the personal approval of President George Bush.

Guy Philippe is a patriot while the Aristide/Privert team is made up of criminals from many fields – murder, drug smuggling, theft, embezzlement and more.

This momentary problem will pass and Guy will return to Haiti.

Many of the truly guilty will not return. The USA will be their mailing address for years to come.

When they arrest Aristide, for a free flight to the States, he will have to pack little. Long term Federal prisoners are allowed purchases of toothpaste, tooth brushes and new underwear at the jail commissary. He will be a desirable target for some really nasty elements in his prison.

They will use more than bananas!!
