” Diplomacy is a science of smarter people, not a big stick matter”.The case of Haiti is not a matter of relations between Rich Countries and poor Country. It is a matter of international law system.I will recommand that in the future, before to take any step of actions in the dossier of Haiti,the US Government specially needs to be very carefull. I will recommand the US Officials to find a way to be in touch with me before to decide to deal with the representatives of the Haitian Government. Otherwise,their diplomacy will failed in Haiti for sure.
