Our President, Michel Martelly, sworn to uphold the Constitution, and promising Security, to his people, hid La Familia in one of his apartments until police finally figured things out and arrested the drug dealer/kidnapper/money launderer.
Martelly then arranged for La Familia’s release in what must be described as a charade, an insult to the Haitian peoples’ intelligence.
