President Martelly declared a school holiday for February 10.

Everyone else was supposed to work.

Then, Prime Minister Evan Paul declared the day a holiday for everyone.

He had his own agenda.

Wednesday, as a holiday, effectively blocks all those who wish to be considered for the Interim Presidency.  There isn’t enough time to acquire the documentation required under the attached memorandum.

Will be interesting to see who has the documents, and who was blocked by this maneuver.

The OAS team was made up of naïve people from Mars, uninitiated to the Haitian reality.

They set out to design a race horse and ended up with a camel.

Evans Paul is the one on the left.

Evans Paul may look like a jerk but he is a cunning, and ruthless, terrorist.
