Marie-Carmelle Jean-Marie has resigned – again – this time in preparation for a campaign to become President of Haiti or, at the minimum, Provisional President of some sort of governmental structure, supported by certain American elements that have also favored the return of Garry Conille.

It is rumored that this lady has already made a great deal of money from her period in the ministry.
