The PNH mounted a major operation, based upon intelligence, and broke up a heavily armed gang. You can appreciate the threat created by existence of this gang by the number of weapons seized.

Security is a growing problem for the Moise government in view of the fact than many PNH officers are also members of criminal gangs.
This week a ONH officer was the leader of a team that tried to hold up a man, and his pregnant wife after they left a bank. The couple was shot and killed.

Without security nothing can succeed.
