Our American associates maintain a naïve view of the Haitian reality.

Some really believe that Haiti is transitioning into a true Democracy when it is simply transitioning into a more sophisticated, distilled  form of corruption in which we “elect” drug-dealers into our Parliament, where they benefit from immunity, coupled to massive access to vulnerable funds.

There isn’t one Senator who isn’t now a millionaire. 

Most of the Deputies are also rich, rich, rich and still want more..

So it is unbelievably naïve to believe that anything will pass through the Chamber of Deputies, or Senate, without payment in crisp, new American $100 bills!

I can remember when there was a move to save Haiti from disaster by placing Judge Coq in place, as an Interim President under an Article 149 concept. This foundered when Bodeau demanded $3.5 million, with the Senate “wanting much more.”

There wasn’t enough money to save our Democracy!

And so we endured a year of Privert’s Criminal Corruption and this  lost year is still damaging our society as Priverts PNH Chief, and Governor of our Central Bank still derail our society.

Now, we see an ongoing charade as opposition Senators disrupt hearings.

President Moise’s new selection for Prime Minister Fritz William Michel, is being considered by the Chamber of Deputies, as the Senate opposition promises more trouble.

Yesterday, we heard that Bodeau had suspended consideration until more money is promised for him, and his group, to do what they were elected for.  Bodeau is building up his War Chest for the moment he declares his candidacy for President – to follow Jovenel Moise.

Our children deserve more.

Their futures are at stake.

WHAT HAITI NEEDS IS A DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED DICTATOR!   VOTE FOR A GUY AND GIVE HIM 5 YEARS TOTAL CONTROL. THIS WILL REDUCE FRICTIONS AND PRESENT A MORE EFFICIENT GOVERNMENT WITH ONE GUY STEALING MONEY AND MAKING DECISIONS.
