Jean-Juste flew to Miami so he would have an alibi. He then phoned his people and told them to kill Roche, and they did. The telephone call was intercepted, and recorded.Jean-Just was a piece of Garbage who used his religion as a weapon against the poor. On one occasion he had to hid out in Haiti because of a Statutory Rape indictment in Miami.
