Dr. Maryse Narcisse, coordinator of the Executive Committee of Fanmi Lavalas was at a loss to explain why Aristide did not attend a rally to commemorate his electoral win in 1991.  The turn out was small with ex-Prime Minister Alexis in attendance.

As a contrast, Jean Claude Duvalier visited Gonaives to be mobbed by thousands of happy Haitians.

  1. Alexis has no shame.

    In 2000, when the CEP president refused to sign the fraudulent results, and escaped to the United States, Aristide beat Alexis so badly that he had to hide himself from the publics’ scruting for in excess of two weeks.

    Some persons never change.
