The Rosetta Stone discovered in 1799 is inscribed with three versions of a decree issued at Memphis, Egypt in 196 BC The top and middle texts are in Ancient Egyptian using hieroglyphic and demotic scripts, while the bottom is in Ancient Greek. The decree has only minor differences among the three versions, so the Rosetta Stone became key to deciphering Egyptian hieroglyphs, thereby opening a window into ancient Egyptian history.

If I was running the American game I would transport Arnel Joseph to Miami, claiming he is a threat to American National Security. In fact, he could be seen as this, in view of what he has done, and what he knows.
I would put him into an ICU, to ensure his survival, with guards to prevent unforeseen challenges. I would guarantee that he will receive “Residence” and a top line prosthetic leg, provided he tell ALL OF THE TRUTH. Also, warn him to the effect that any indication that he has lied, even a tiny lie, will see him delivered – with no security – to Haiti’s Champs des Mars.
Americans can be pragmatic at times.
Look at how many Haitian Senators are in their DEA dossiers and remain free as birds!
One would hope the Intelligence gained from such an approach would be utilized to the benefit of both Haitian and American societies. No matter. The Truth should be collected, for possible future use. Otherwise, this moment in time will be wasted.

PNH Director General Michel-Ange Gedeon has only a few weeks left in his contract and now maneuvers to see him in control of our security for another 3 years.
For Gedeon to expect us to believe it was just by luck that he managed to capture Arnel Joseph, the moment he was placed on an operating table, by following Arnel’s cell phone, shows Gedeon thinks we are all idiots. Gedeon knew where Arnel was, at all times, and could have arrested him during Jean Henry Ceant’s term as Prime Minister.
The publicized efforts of the PNH to trap Arnel would be better used to illustrate a Keystone Kops scenario. Certain members of Gedeon’s inner circle were in communication with Arnel, and his team, on a daily basis.
Arnel was like a “bank deposit” left there to be withdrawn at the appropriate time, to purchase material or personal gain.
