Justice of the Peace Robert Simonis, and his family have been threatened by Senator Edwind Zenny. They have been forced into hiding and no one will accept the filing of their legal complaint.

This is just another prime example of Martelly government refusal to apply the law to any of its supporters. Zenny, a reputed cocaine cowboy, is a strong supporter of Michel Martelly and, as such, assumed he has complete and total immunity.

Several weeks ago, his name was included in a list of people the DEA wanted to pick up.

This action was blocked by President Martelly as another step in the slide towards a true Narco State

  1. Zenny just on radio broadcast and said the Justice of the Peace Somonis does not even have a diploma. (God only knows what Zenny has, other than a 9 mm pistol)

    But a listener called in to say if we were concerned about diplomas Martelly would be dogcatcher. The radio transmission was immediately cut!

    So much for balanced free speech in my nation
