Several years ago Andre Michel, along with several members of the PNH, were involved with the murder of a young Haitian- Frantzy Duverseau. In any other nation, Michel would have been arrested, sent to Justice, convicted, and sent to prison.
Haiti is another world.
Instead, people like Andre Michel, and another murderer Moise Jean Charles, are tolerated – and taken seriously by the new UN person in Haiti – as they attempt to topple the Jovenel Moise government, our democratically elected government, and block discharges for people like Laurent Lamothe and Wilson Laleau, for Aristide.
All three of these murderers should be in prison.
We are not optimistic!
