Stanley Handal wouldn’t be part of the Brandt’s gang, according to his lawyer Fritzo Canton-Added COMMENTARY By Haitian-Truth

Stanley HandalPORT-AU-PRINCE, HT – The lawyer of businessman Stanley Handal, presented as one of the leaders of the association of thieves headed by Clifford Brandt, denies reports stated that there is a link between the two men. Mr. Frizto Canton said that Brandt and Handal have no relationship as oppsed to what’s been said in the press these days.

“They are neither friends nor partners, and my client, Stanley Handal, is ready to fight to death to repair damages to his honour, said the lawyer, believing that the dignity of his client has been unfairly soiled”. Frizto Canton also denounced what he called the dishonest behavior of RNDDH (National Network of Defense of Human Rights) for describing Mr. Handal is a member of Clifford Brandt’s gang.

“These are dishonest petitions”, said the lawyer, noting that organization for the Defense of Human Rights had to deepen its research to realize that there is no link between both men.

About Stanley Handal:
The police had carried out an operaion on August 23, 2005 which led to the arrest of Stanley Handal and 3 defendants as part of an open investigation on the disappearance of an employee of UNIBANK, Nathael Aleus Geneus.

Is the lawyer upset about the suggestion that Handal was/is a part of Brandt’s group? Or is he upset about the suggestion that Handal should have been convicted in the 2005 kidnap/disappearance of a UNIBANK cashier who had been informing and large cash releases by UNIBANK clients.

There is a difference.

Handal could put this all to rest by submitting to a well-coordinated polygraph/lie detector test.

We can supply the name of America’s foremost polygraph expert should Handal be willing to submit his honor to the test.

I am not optimistic

  1. Why would be with Brandt gang when he an Inspector Brodeau, PNH unit 62 had one of their own?

  2. The Inspector’s name was Bordeau and they never found the cashier from UNIBANK who was supposed to have supplied information on account holders.

Being found innocent in Haiti is not the same as the real world.
