Here we have the Red Cross continuing in its search for donations when it has yet to explain the whereabouts of $175,000,000 already collected, but not disbursed in the Haitian crisis.  The Red Cross has been note for its extravagant administration fees and expenses.  They want you to send money to their International Response Fund. It should be noted that donations to this do not necessarily go to Haiti, or anywhere else in the immediate future. Lear Jets and Directors wages can eat up a lot.
