A few hours before the inaugural program of the Forty-Sixth General Assembly of the Organization of American States, OAS secretary-general, Luis Almagro, warned yesterday that elections in Haiti must be held when they meet the 120 days specified in the agreement signed on February 5 this year.

At the same time, Almagro warned that there can be no automatic extension or no extension conceivable in any way.

Jocelerme Privert, interim president of Haiti, is asking for an extension to hold the second round of elections in that country, what Almagro said the OAS collaborated with the people to resolve their situation and got rid of an institutional crisis that was to around the corner, and that therefore “there should be no extension”.

“On the issue of the provisional presidency, we have also been clear that the terms of the interim presidency are 120 days and from there, definitely, you have to make a new choice of the same, that is, there cannot be any automatic extension nor   any extension in any sense, “he said.

Quelques heures avant le programme inaugural de la quarante-sixième Assemblée générale de l’Organisation des États américains, l’OEA Secrétaire général, Luis Almagro, a averti hier que les élections en Haïti doivent avoir lieu lors de leur rencontre les 120 jours spécifiés dans la accord signé le 5 Février de cette année.

Dans le même temps, Almagro a averti qu’il ne peut y avoir aucune extension automatique ou aucune extension concevable en aucune façon.

Jocelerme Privert, président par intérim d’Haïti, demande une prolongation de tenir le second tour des élections dans ce pays, ce Almagro a déclaré l’OEA a collaboré avec les gens pour résoudre leur situation et se débarrasse d’une crise institutionnelle qui devait autour du coin, et que par conséquent «il devrait y avoir aucune extension”.

“Sur la question de la présidence provisoire, nous avons aussi été clair que les termes de la présidence intérimaire sont 120 jours et à partir de là, sans aucun doute, il faut faire un nouveau choix de la même, qui est, il ne peut pas être pas d’extension automatique ni pensée toute extension dans tous les sens “, at-il dit.

Almagro a répondu aux questions des journalistes lors d’une conférence de presse conjointe avec le ministre des Affaires étrangères Andrés Navarro dans le cadre de la célébration dans le pays de la 46e Assemblée générale de l’OEA, qui se déroulera jusqu’au mercredi prochain.

Dans l’activité, Almagro a également déclaré que la question de sa proposition qui appliquera la Charte démocratique au Venezuela ne sera pas sur l’ordre du jour de l’événement.

En ce qui concerne les allégations selon lesquelles l’OEA a l’intention d’imposer un agenda LGBT dans le pays, Almagro a déclaré la défense que l’organisme multilatéral fait à cet égard est conforme aux principes chrétiens proclamés par l’Eglise catholique.

THE SAD REALITY IS THAT PRIVERT GREW UP IN A TOXIC STEALING LAVALAS/ARISTIDE ENVIRONMENT . THEREFORE HE NEVER LEARNED HONESTLY AS A CHILD . THIS TIME AROUND HE COULD LEARN THE HARD WAY .
