The heavy security simply separates him from his supporters making them believe he doesn’t trust them.

It is idiots like you that have had a great deal to do with why Haiti is in such a desperate situation now. You claim to know something, when you know less than zero. Why do people like you embarrass themselves with really dumb statements.
You will have to shut down every newspaper, magazine and TV station in the world. The right to use images is universal, with few exceptions.
Take your head out of your ass and smell the roses.
I hope you have the ability to read, not do you just look at the pictures.

If i might add to this, Carl sounds like a fine little dictator. Perhaps you should ask questions before throwing stones. Were you in Haiti when the earthquake hit, or were you sitting in warm comfy Florida, watching the news?
As a second point, most of the State Recognized press are influenced and motivated by money. I have never seen an advertisement on this site.
My understanding, after being a reader here for two years at least, is that this site is the only one that actually truly cares about the truth. They were the first to tell of the source of Cholera.
I suggest that you look at yourself, and see how you are most likely a real hypocrite. You sound just like a dictator, but will likely just end up hanging out at the skatepark for the rest of your life.

picture are good for propaganda and polling the wool over people’s eyes. the president pretending to be with the farmers of Haiti is a farce.It makes for good press only. Might I suggest a sound agricultural policy that leads us to self sufficiency by using good fiscal and monetary policy. Farmers are the backbone of any society and are therefor of national security significance.

I would feel safe in guessing that Carl is upset by the images from the earthquake that are part of the banner on your website. I think the world needs to see them, and hope that you don’t allow others to tell you what to see and not to see.
I still think Carl is a bit rude, but do know that some of us feel it is disrespect to the dead to show their images. I have seen death in many forms, but those that have not experienced that may see the pictures of our dead Haitian brothers and sisters as a shock.
But Carl needs to remember the right to speak is a freedom that you cannot sue into vanishing.
