PREVIOUS MARTELLY/PREVAL DEAL SEES PARLIAMENT DIVIDED ROUGHLY 40/35 BETWEEN PHTK AND VERITE

September 28, 2015

The CEP finally announced results from the August 9 ballot.

We will publish them as soon as we have access to them. The CEP site is not functioning, at this moment.

In any event, the basic facts see the Parliament (Senate/Chambre) divided between Preval and Martelly. This does not reflect the results of a fre-and-fair-election, so often promoted, by the American government, but reflects the results of a Preval/Martelly deal, thrashed out before the vote.

This does not guarantee anything, since Preval and Celestin, followed by Evans Paul, made pilgrimages to Washington during which they made many promises.

None of these promises hold optimism for President Michel Martelly.

Once Parliament is in place, we will see the game change pace.

We predict that the elements – Martelly – Preval – Parliament will move to neutralize the potential of Laurent Lamothe.

Time heals all wounds.

Time also forgets people, and what they have done.

  1. We are surprised that anyone has allowed Celestin into the political arena after he was removed – for cause – during the last election.

His involvement with the Moreno assasination, by Amaral Duclona, that cleared the way for Preval/Celestin control of CNE, and its $100,000,000 purchase of new equipment. They bought used stuff for $40,000,000 and pocketed the rest, with the assistance of Cenral Bank’s Castel.

The Amarol Duclona assasination of a French Consul.

Celestin obtained a false passport, in the name of Innocent, while Duclona his in the home of Preval’ sister. The Preval/Celestin team then smuggled Duclona to the DR where he hid. They transferred payments to him via Western Union, of all things, using a National Palace address!

Duclona was arrested and interrogated. Then extradited to France where he was tried an convicted.

Celestin’s name appears on 321 pages of the sworn court testimony in the Amarol Duclona French legal proceedings.
