The CSCCA pisses on Haitian Society and has done so since its creation!
It is not an unbiased moderator of Haitian society.
The CSCCA was/is a creation of the Haitian Senate, that band of criminals who rape Haiti, behind their Parliamentary Immunity, created/granted by the fraudulent Constitutional Amendments, filed by Preval.
Before going any further, the reader must understand that every State organization, requiring the services of CSCCA, has a member of the Court they pay each month. Each of the 10 Court members, has a collection list of sources. This is added to when additional situations require the Court oversight and reportage.
A number of years ago, I know one State body paid a member of the CSCCA 400,000 per month, a figure that has probably expanded, via the pressures of inflation, over the intervening 10 years.
If the Court isn’t paid, the audit support is non-existent – or very negative.
This is a commonly known local reality of life.
Unfortunately, when the CSCCA publishes something, like the PETROCARIBE Report, foreign observers take it seriously since it has been created by what they see as a neutral accounting body.
Since the outside observer knows little, or nothing, about actual Haitian realities, they will be unaware of the PETROCARIBE Reports exclusion of small accounting items such as the $198,000,000 taken by the Preval team, the almost $200,000,000 gobbled up by the Senate and Chamber of Deputies, the $33,000,000 by Max Bellerive, Preval’s Prime Minister and a host of other thefts from these funds.
They did make a false accusation, about President Jovenel Moise’s involvement, seeming to blame him for the corruption of PETROCARIBE, and that is what the world media has picked up.
The CSCCA apologized/admitted to the error of this accusation, but the damage had been done, and continues to ripple around the world media, with no mention of the correction.
The fact is, PETROCARIBE ended before Jovenel Moise took office.
Those who stole funds from PETROCARIBE/the Haitian People, should be brought to Justice.
The entire process is blocked by some who stole many millions from PETROCARIBE – our Senate/Chamber of Deputies.
All of the turbulence, and chaos, aimed at removing President Moise from office has one single motive, one single agenda and that is the protections of our criminal element and their financial gains.
Those who have stolen hundreds of millions from PETROCARIBE want to collapse the Jovenel Moise government, then vote an Amnest for all who profited criminally, from PETROCARIBE.
Those who benefit from the non-existent legal system to pump cocaine into the United States, want Jovenel Moise to go away, replaced by someone more receptive to their business.
Haiti has become a combined KLEPTOCRACY and NARCO STATE beyond any possibility of President Jovenel Moise taking any personal corrective action.
A few in Trump’s team are looking at Haiti for the threat it offers the United States through Boat People and Drugs – as did governments before.
AND NOW THE CSCCA PLAYS A GAME – CLAIMING TO BE THREATENED BY ANONYMOUS CALLERS. WHAT TOTAL BULL SHIT!! THEY ARE SAFE FROM THE DANGEROUS MEMBERS OF OUR SOCIETY, BECAUSE THESE ARE THE ONES WHO PAY THEM. HONEST PEOPLE ARE VICTIMS – NOT A THREAT!
IT IS AN HISTORIC REALITY.
