We now hear that Andresol sent 100 senior police officers home – where they have vegetated – since 2008, still receiving their pay. Andresol then ran his criminal force with junior officers.

When some of the senior PNH people complained, under the Preval government, Preval decided to ignore this. Perhaps the president had something to hide, or was a participant in the PNH game. After all, we must remember the day that Monique Pierre was murdered, some say by her boyfriend, Gonaives Police Chief (at the time) Dorfuille. The night of the killing, Preval spent three hours with Dorfuille. Perhaps there is a message here!

Andresol was Aristide’s man, when he was a simple officer during the Aristide presidency. He was involved in drugs, and other actions, during the Aristide term. Andresol was also referred to as a crime-fighting Serpico type of guy, by the Los Angeles Time, since he was arresting cocaine operatives. Sure, he was arresting people, but they were Aristide’s competitors.

The Americans forces Andresol on Haiti and tolerated, protected him from removal.

Andresol should be arrested and isolated IMMEDIATELY!!! To prevent his interfering with the ongoing process for Justice.
