He burned the old cathedral, in downtown Port-au-Prince so that the UN’s $300,000 donated to restore it could be stolen.
In January of 1991 he was directly responsible for the massacre of 247 supporters of Doctor Roger Lafontant.
He controlled the street Mob for Aristide, using it to terrorize anyone who questioned the Little Priest’s erratic rush to become dictator.
Evans Paul’s involvement with the necklacing of many is well-known.
During a recent government they allowed Evans Paul to appoint the Minister of Commerce. When she did not deliver enough money to him he went to her office and beat her up.
He has stolen whatever has been available, whenever, without bias.
Not much of a basis for a new Prime Minister.
Perhap President Martelly thinks Evans Paul will take the focus off of Sophia, Kiko and Olivier.

Haiti has one last chance, be ruled by a strong patriotic dictator. That is the only hope. I have come to the realization that if Haitians are offered a chance to choose or offered a chance to give an opinion it turns into chaos. The entire world hate Haitians and fellow Caribbean countries look down on us and we don’t care to get it right. We only care to fight each other. The Haitian people are too poor and uneducated to realize a good leader, so they will protest against anyone no matter how good. They don’t understand GDP. If they don’t have indoor plumbing in a mountainous underdeveloped, broke country in 3 months, they are ready to uproot the government. Ignorant people can’t be allowed to choose. They don’t need just a “leader,” they need a “ruler.” A patriotic one who cares for the country. One who would have Moise Jeancharles silent by now and Haiti moving forward. Cuba under a 50 year embargo is lending handssszzz to Haiti and is well in better shape. Haitians are self destructive. They don’t listen to reason, love, patriotism or nationalism. They only listen to brutality. If you shoot 50 people in a protest, they will all stay home next time. However, if you tell them the protest is hurting the country’s economy, they burn more tires. Evans Paul aka Kaplim is an opportunist who was against Duvalier supported Aristide and then turned against Aristide. He is poison and a True “Jean-Baptiste Conze” in Haitian history.

It is as though President Martelly is set upon political suicide.
There is no rational basis for the selection of Evans Paul, other than to irritate and disgust everyone. Already the political groupings are voicing their opposition.
Many suggest Sophia is in control.
A frightening thought.
Some refer to the Trio of Ladies – American Ambassador – Sophia – Canadian Ambassador. Also frightening.
Haiti deserves better and it deserves a real explanation of why Martelly dumped his best friend – Laurent Lamothe – when the Prime Minister was our bridge to a stable, democratic future.
Haiti really didn’t deserve this.
Hard to see where we go from here.

Must compete with other for positions. Prolongation means surviving of present criminals. Must be removed for Haiti to have new opportunities.

Kiko sells cocaine and threatens Nation.
