It comes as no surprise to discover that the Bureau de Renseignements Judiciaires, Police Nationale D’Haiti, Police Judiciaire have been issuing false documents.  Because of this there has been a cancellation of many.

The Aristide-created PNH has been a collection of criminals for years.  For example, Martelly associate, Will Dimanche,  Chief of Circulation, is making a minimum of $10,000 US per day. When he took over his position, all funds for his office were collected by a separate group of civilians, away from Circulation. When complains about this were made, Dimanche moved these outsiders into Circulation, where they continue to collect the funds, outside of government accounting systems.

A signature costs $500.00. It doesn’t take many signatures to add up.

Rameau Normil, the Inspector General and Director of the Central Judicial Police, in a note endorsed by Godson Orélus, Director General of the National Police of Haiti, informs the persons concerned, that as part of the change of the manual system to the automated system of fingerprints all police certificates, issued by the Judicial Information Office of the said Directorate for the period from 1 September to 1 October 2012, are canceled, with the exception of those issued for residence applications and international scholarships.

Consequently, the interested parties are requested to appear at the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) from Wednesday 14th to Friday 30th November [with the exception of Saturday 24 and Sunday 25] 2012, in possession of their certificate, and a photo, and an ID to be scanned with the new AFIS (Automated Fingerprint Identification System).
