Information has surfaced, to the effect that Mario Andresol paid a substantial sum to the people in National Human Rights Defense Network Réseau National de Défense des Droits Humains to distribute manufactured evidence ruining Jacky Nau’s chance of being picked to lead the PNH.
For some reason, Andresol wanted Godson Aurelos – a nice, effective police officer, with very little leadership potential….. when leadership is a must!
Another bad decision on Martelly’s part…but then, he nominated Neptune for consideration, and Neptune had one of the worst records possible.
