At the end of a nasty Presidential Debate, each candidate had 2 minutes for summation.

Jovenel was the last person to speak and he used his 2 minutes in a silent prayer in memory of Marcello, the CNE chief assassinated by Amarol Duclona on the orders of  Rene Preval and Jude Celestin.
