90% are unsuitable for the export market due to primitive picking methods, lack of roads, proper containers and truck transport to the marketplace.

Without doing anything other than improve these factors, the export market would absorb much more. In other word, the ability to generate income is already there. A few additional factors will make dramatic increases in peasant income.
