In 1990, at 11 A.M. an illegal FM transmitter, in the French Embassy, declared Aristide the winner. Evans Paul put the mob on the streets and no one dared challenge this concept.
The election was effectively ended, even though the voting bureaus would remain open until 7 P.M.
The French believed Aristide would be their puppet and, when this proved to be untrue, the French turned on him after he came up with the claim for reparations!!!

Because of this, French Prime Minister Dominique de Villepen set out to destabilize Haiti and promised this instability would last 50 years.
He gave specific instructions to his embassy in Haiti!
Aristide had really hit a nerve that could rebound throughout Africa as the French took this challenge seriously. We have more than 30 years of de Villepen’s promised chaos and the October 25 election sees an effort to fuel the fires.
Prime Minister de Villepin, who never held elected office, had another irrational basis for his hate of Haiti. He is a Napoleon freak, and wrote “Les Cent-Jours ou l’esprit de sacrifice” and has never forgiven Jean Jacques Dessaline for what he did to Napoleon/France.
A bunch of black slaves wiped out Napoleon’s elite army, led by his brother-in-law.
Not good for the French image.
And France is now upset with Martelly because of the Dominican Border crisis.
France, along with a few other “Friends of Haiti” would rather see us live in chaos, than to see us progress under a decent government.
And, to this end, the French have decided to meddle, once again, in the Haitian electoral process.
We see Ameliorer Baron, of the RFI declaring a victory for Moise Jean-Charles. This is done on behalf of the 80 member l’Union Europeenne team of which some 20 are with French intelligence.
Shades of 1990!
They are trying to force Moise Jean-Charles upon us because he is the most unstable, violent presidential candidate, a candidate that has already accepted millions of US dollars to fund a destabilizing campaign to destroy what Haiti has gained since 1990.

It is time for every Haitian to stand against this French assault on Haiti’s sovereign rights…. Aristide, Preval, Avril, Ceant, Baker, Jovenel Moise, Jude Celestin, Manigat along with millions of faceless Haitian Patriots. We must resist the French effort to rape Haiti, yet again.
Perhaps it is time to revive ex-President Jean Bertrand Aristide’s demand for reparations from our French tormentors, past and present.
