We are getting rumors from Kenya that the ill-conceived idea of sending 1,000 Kenyan police, who speak Swahili/English, and have a bad human rights reputation, to Haiti, could collapse.

That is good news!!

The American government should reconsider pissing the $100,000,000 up against the fence and redirect it to Haitian infrastructure.

1. Increase the wages of the PNH officers.

2. Finish setting up the Bon Repos hospital facility for PNH officers, and their families.

3. Focus on better equipment and training for the PNH officers.

4. Put funding into the education system and prevent imminent collapse of Haiti’s universities. Supervise this funding, otherwise Education Minister Nesmy Manigat will steal it.

5. Create a system of State food facilities, similar to those under Francois Duvalier – subsidizing key food products for the people.

6. The American government must reverse its betrayal of Haiti’s Forces Armees d’Haiti, and re-equip/train this valuable national resource as was promised in 1994.

It has been an embarrassment to watch our American friends kissing the Kenyans’ asses to get their agreement to send people to Haiti.

This is a Haitian problem and can be solved within Haiti if we have the resources.

Any cash sent into the Haitian system must have folloa-up supervision. In fact, hands on supervision would be better. For example, sending $10,000,000 into the Education Ministry does not solve anything within the educational system. It just sees Nesmy Manigat, and his criminals, think up creative ways to steal it. He sponsors all sorts of $75,000 symposiums because there are a neat way to syphon off funds.

Over the years, Manigat has stolen so much he has crippled the entire educational system. This is the type of person the US government should SANCTION!!

The small children, and their families, in my neighborhood, do not even know what a symposium is. They probably think of it as some sort of musical concert.

Haiti is accelerating towards the Abyss. Positive action must be initiated immediately if we are to save the Nation.

Give us a break!!
