JULES EDOUARD MOSCOSO MURDERED!!-Added COMMENTARY By Haitian-Truth

Jules Edouard Moscoso, a cousin of Robert Moscoso, SOGEBANK’s chief, was found shot dead in his distillery, next to a UN base, in Léogane Sunday. HNP is investigating. They have arrested two people and now seek a third. They are also involved in the distillation of clairin so there is probably some sort of business motive here.

Moscoso had just spoken to a friend of ours, 20 minutes before he was killed. In that conversation he mentioned the fact that he was about to rent his facility.

He was a part of the “Poor Moscosos” the side of the family that did not benefit from his uncle, and cousin’s use of SOGEBANK to become wealthy.

COMMENT: HAITIAN-TRUTH.ORG

And to show you the political, and personal bias, in Haiti’s media. Marie Luce Bonhomme – a once respected commentator – has tried to put this murder at the feet of Clifford Brandt, the suspected kidnapper. I say suspected because I am still wondering about the validity of the video tape they presented, showing the two Moscoso people as they were  “rescued” by the police,  and their conflicting stories as to how the kidnapping happened. In the first story, given before they were rescued… they were in a vehicle, with their father following in another vehicle. They were intercepted by a police car, grabbed, and taken away, leaving their car in the middle of the road…doors open.

In the second story, told after their release, they were intercepted and kidnapped in their own car. No car left with doors open, in the middle of the road.

In the video, the two victims looked fresh and clean. The lady’s hair was in place and the guy looked like he had just dressed with fresh clothing. The area where they were “held” was neat and tidy. Hardly the results of 6 days, tied and blindfolded in a room.

Many believe that this was not really a kidnapping at all.
