The Ministry of Finance is responsible for supplying millions of US Dollars to gang leaders in an effort to keep the gangs focused in specific directions.
This money would be better invested in improving the status of our PNH whose officers are often left unpaid, while they face the gang member funded by Boisvert and his associates.
Many PNH officers, who haven’t been paid for months, are injured – in the line of duty – than have to pay for their own medical treatment. Even as this happens, Minister Boisvert, and his associates, are plundering the treasury to support their life-style and purchase of expensive properties in the United States.
Finance Minister Patrick Boisvert has voiced his desire to parachute out of Haiti, to enjoy the millions he has siphoned off.
