Janvier 7, 2016

Our charismatic leader, Guy Philippe made an impressive first appearance in Miami’s Federal Court after his kidnap by Privert’s and American governments.

The judge learned that Guy was not informed of why he was being illegally removed from Haitian territory.

He was not allowed to consult with his attorney Reynald Georges, and Senator Youri Latortue.

He was kept incommunicado.

The DEA did not have advanced notice of the illegal arrest/kidnap and was presented with Privert’s fait accompli. They then became involved in this illegal game, flying an aircraft, and team into Haiti to take Guy back to Miami.

Guy’s lawyer asked that Guy be retained in Haiti so the situation could be discussed and validated, or refused, by a Haitian court.

This was refused.

Even as Guy Philippe was being illegally removed from Haitian territory, the south of Haiti erupted with protests as Guy’s people protested the crime.

Business ceased, roads were blocked, burning tires were in evidence as PNH officers fired tear gas.
