Sadly, or perhaps it is God’s Gift, the Haitian with nothing still retains an optimism for the future, and tolerance for the present.

I was going to use the illustration as a shot at all of the greedy people who control much of our present, and future, but this would short-change my Haitian compatriots, who are the real reason for my ongoing commitment to help Haiti.
