Doctor Larsen attended a luncheon with a few dozen Haitian doctors today. During this gathering he explained why President Preval refused to accept Cholora Vaccine for treatment of Haiti’s population.
“We will not accept the vaccine because it will make those who receive it believe they cannot catch Cholera and then they will do nothing to prevent it. We would rather spend the money on educations…”
MY GOD IN HEAVEN!!! Preval and Larsen are educating the people by telling them they should wash their hands by having someone else pour water over their hands…
Is this approach just a case of simple stupidity and ignorance on the part of a competent doctor, with alcoholic problems?
Or is it Preval’s ruthless and cynical effort to create a human tragedy that will allow retention of personal power? He is now shifting away from Manigat as his presidential puppet and favors a last minute move to sit Celestin on the seat of power.
This is a crime against humanity, carried out by President Preval, Doctor Larsen, his Minister of Health, against their own people.
THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY KNOWS THE FACTS AND DOES NOTHING.

REAL FREE AND FAIR ELECTIONS ARE IMPOSSIBLE WITH PREVAL AND HIS CRIMINALS DOING WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AND PEOPLE ARE DYING BECAUSE OF THE WORLD’S INDIFFERENCE.

PREVAL IS EXCITED AND HAPPY ABOUT THE COURSE OF EVENTS.

Preval has paid them and, in any case, LE MATIN is owned by Boulos and he is the author of those phony polls showing Baker/Manigat in the lead.
There are now 4 leading candidates and three are owned and paid for by Preval. These are Baker/Manigat/Celestin.
The only independent one, who will bring a new broom to the nation is Ceant and he is playing the game with an empty wallet while the others have limitless supplies of $$$$ stolen from the Nation’s treasury.
Preval has killed my niece and her mother.
Five pieces of the family conducted cholera and we lose two.
Many more will go.
Ceant is our Hope.
