Edmund Mulet, Special representative of the UN Secretary General in Haiti appears to be cooperating with the concept of Haitian elections this coming November 28.
In reality, the game seems to be something else.
Two days ago Mulet spoke to a friend. In a tape recording of that conversation Mulet comments…
“I have to go along with this….but there will be no elections…”
Mulet went on to describe the reasons he would eventually give as to why the election could not be held. He will claim that it is “technically impossible”…. And…”too much insecurity…”
We must remember that MINUSTAH gave Preval the presidency even though he only received 23% of the votes. MINUSTAH, under the control of the Brazilian and Chilean leadership, in company with Rene Momplaisir – leader of the popular organizations – decided that they should avoid a constitutionally mandated run-off by giving Preval 51% of the vote, without consulting the other candidates, the Chamber of Deputies, or the Senate.
Edmund Mulet then acted as the UN’s intermediary with Rene Preval immediately after Preval’s bogus electoral victory.
Unless someone does something – NOW!!! – the clock will run out and the Mulet/UN strategy will become a fact.
They will then look to the creation of an Interim Government – to remain in office for 5 years – change the constitution via a Constitutional Assembly – and place Bill Clinton as overall czar of the entire Haitian Reconstruction Programme.
The Hillary Clinton team is already promoting the concept of a Nobel Prize for Bill Clinton’s Haitian work. One of Hillary’s closest associates – Cheryl Mills – is one of three people on the Haitian coordinating team. This illegal and unconstitutional committee is made up of Bill Clinton, Cheryl Mills and Prime Minsiter Bellerive.
The media is already suggesting that many leaders “want an interim government.” This is a lie, but the world will believe what they read.
Once the Interim Government is in place – its lifespan can be lengthened off into infinity.
Preval is busy negotiating an amnesty for him and his wife. He is willing to agree to anything in order to save his skin.
Someone had better force the issue now, while there is still time to organize a real and effective election November 28. Any delay will result in another disaster.
Remember the American created Gerard Latortue government.

A short time ago, Mulet was all for a new Electoral Council.
The he woke up one morning and was against replacing the existing Electoral Council that owes its loyalty to President Preval. Money had changed hands.
Now we have him playing games with the elections, and Haiti’s future.
The MINUSTAH people have done more to ruin Haiti than the recent earthquake.
They should be working to help Haiti but they take all efforts to avoid positive actions.
Mulet is a pig.
He should be recognized for what he is and actions taken to reveal his crimes and remove him from Haiti.
I am here with an ONG and despair for Haiti’s survival with Mulet at the controls.
He couldn’t do this without the approval of the Secretary General!!
It is time for the UN to leave Haiti.
The country would be much better off without this UNfortunate organization.
Their years in Haiti have been wasted since they have done nothing to prepare Haiti for the day the UN departs.
Or, is this an indication that the UN never plans to leave????
Haiti is a very strategic position to the world.No one can ask UN to leave Haiti right now. Maybe, we need to do a good clearing for the UN officials involved involed in the dossier of Haiti at any level. Too much corruption and wasting money in the case oa Haiti.We know that, and it is real.Now, the time is come to regulate the process of rebuilding the country. So, we can not continue as is to expect any positive result.In Europe, in North America, there are too many people in good political positions to influence the lawmakers and institutions national and international, to do not do nothing ib that situation. We have to change the way business is done in Haiti.There is no other way. We have to change things in Haiti.If tey persist, we need to stay away from them and get more involve in politics in Canada, USA, and then, at the top level, will be able to question who did what in Haiti some day.Haitian, run for office in US, Canada, and in any other country in Europe, this the best way to solve the problem in Haiti some day.Be patient and Smart. That will take time, of course, but, we will stop and punish them some day.
