PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti — A Democratic senator from Florida is in Haiti to look at U.S. projects in the country that was devastated by a 2010 earthquake.
A spokesman for Bill Nelson, D-Fla., says that the senator came to Haiti on Sunday and leaves Wednesday.
Nelson spokesman Dan McLaughlin gave few details in an email about the senator’s visit.
