Embezzlement, 63 people indicted
The investigating judge Vinx Etienne decided to send before the criminal court, 63 63 people charged with embezzlement in the Northwest, of 10 million gourdes of Universal Schooling Program Free and Compulsory (PSUGO). Of the 63 people indicted, 7 are imprisoned and others are on the run. Alcidonis Henry, former Deputy Departmental Director of Education Northwest and main accused in this case is under the influence of a search warrant international.

This shows that, when Prime Minister Lamothe takes action, people jump.
We haven’t ever seen such immediate reaction to Haitian problems, in the past.
They may have their flaws, but the Martelly/Lamothe has done more than any governement in our past.
I think that Alcidonis Henry, former Deputy Departmental Director of Education Northwest is also a Director of the BNC.
People would like to criticise the Martelly/Lamothe team and, without a doubt, they have their flaws, and have made some mistakes. However, they have done many positive things, and plan more for the future.
I was here for Aristide/Preval and cannot think of anything that they initiated personally. Any progress was orchestrated by the International Community.
Time for Parliament, the business community and Martelly/Lamothe team to join together for the salvation of Haiti
