In a very important move, the Martelly/Lamothe team dropped R.  St. Cyr from the cabinet, after a number of criminal disasters,  and replaced him with the popular, competent David Bazile.  The new Interior Minister has served Haiti in a number of positions, including   Secretary of State for Security under a previous government. He was a major in the Forces Armees d’Haiti.

We wish this new minister the best of luck in his efforts to bring stability to Haiti. With a good staff David Bazile will generate positive results over a short period of time.
