As part of the operation “gason pa kanpe”, our tireless Government Commissioner, Lucman Délille, after 17 arrests Tuesday, has proceeded with the National Police of Haiti (PNH), to the arrest of 8 repeat offenders in Petion-ville.
Thursday, the Commissioner declared “[…] this is the same battle ‘gason pa kanpe’, and today we we made a crackdown in Petion-ville. I also want to give a nod to the PNH, and merchants that helped us to find these criminals, these people are repeat offenders, they have already been arrested and released… according to information from police and judicial sources.
They are 8 in number, some have drugs on them, they are : Jean Bernanrd Istel, Jean Charles Mekendi, Thermilus Fritz, Gonzalez Georges Ilus, Ralph Estimé, Even John, Olivar James and Edmé Mckesson.
We give their names, because they are repeat offenders who have been released into the circumstances that we do not know.
