CEP Chairman announces election: Was the mistake an error or part of a plan??

On February 16, CEP chairman, Pierre-Louis Opont announced the second round of balloting. As a matter of protocol, this is the prerogative of President Preval and has created another firestorm of protest.

It should be remembered that the results of the first round were signed by a single CEP member – Pierre-Louis Opont. Five signatures were required to make the vote results legal.

The OAS, MINUSTAH, State Department and others are all pressing forward with a completely and totally illegal electoral process.

Mulet, Pro-Consul of Haiti, and chief od MINUSTAH.. commented, when someone mentioned the lack of signatures on the documents…”I don’t care if there is zero signatures, I am having an election!!!”

So much for Democracy!!
