If you wish to run for office, in Haiti, you need a lot of money.

With the help of Dominican Senator Bautista, and over $350,000,000 in criminal contracts, eating up funds that would have been better utilized in the rebuilding of Haiti, Max Bellerive has a campaign war chest of something near $100,000,000 USD.

Ex-Prime Minister Max Bellerive,  Preval’  buddy, Martelly’s cousin, representative of the Dominican Republic’s intelligence agency, married to a lady who was once a prostitute, a lover of young boys appeals to all segments of Haiti’s society.

After all, winning office has only one goal – to make yourself richer, and to make your friends rich.

To heck with Laurent Lamothe’s concepts of controlling the cocaine traffic,  forcing businesses to pay tax, attracting  foreign businesses to Haiti, or providing an education for our kids.

These thoughts violate the greed philosophy of many who have long controlled Haiti’s society..
