Bellerive should also issue an arrest warrant for ex-Minister of Justice Paul Denis for his blatant effort to justify the fraudulent electoral results of November 28, 2010.
Haiti’s justice system investigated the criminal activity and filed a report, with Denis, condemning the election process and criminal results.
Justice Minister Denis’ reaction to this was to fire the judges and replace them with Lavalas loyalists. The report was ignored.
Then, to avoid possible interrogation, Denis resigned.
Let’s reverse the firing and transfer of the original judges and send the Lavalas replacements back to pasture.
