Open letter to the American Ambassador
July 13,2011
Mr Kenneth H. Merten
United States Ambassador to Haiti
Dear Sir,
After fifty-four years of corruption and smuggling in all segments of the government administration, it seems as now kidnapping is another lucrative business for some monsters etc.
The old party is fighting to hold the situation status quo but the new elected President wants to change the corrupt system.
I solicit your Love for the Island and for the Haitian people to do whatever is in your power to help our new government to proceed.
With my sincere regards, I thank you, Mr. Ambassador , in the name of all honest and loyal Haitian citizens for your strong support and devotion to help my country.

Thank you Jean W. Philippe Sr.
Dear Mr. J. W. Philippe,
Keep on dreaming and remember these: “the U.S.A. has no friends, only interests” and “help thyself and the devil or god will help you”.
