Citizen Privert, a militant Lavalasian, promised a Lavalas government, in April,  and has worked steadily towards this game.

Privert must be recognized as an extremely intelligent, competent, determined, committed Lavalasian Militant.

First, by delaying his promised completion of the second round of elections – in 120 days.  To do this he created an illegal – Lavalas controlled – verification commission, headed by Francois Benoit, that “discovered” all sorts of fraud.

Since Privert controlled the game, in partnership with Leopold Berlanger, CEP chief, invention of “proof” was not a problem.

Strangely, it is only the Presidential Election that was derailed. The Senators and Deputies elected, last October, are now sitting in Parliament.

Then, Privert filled all of the governmental positions with Lavalas or Chimere, guaranteeing a criminal stability. Berlanger has now appointed a Lavalas militant to control the vote tabulation.

99% of the inspectors are now Lavalas.

In a Haitian election the actual voting numbers do not count. In the final analysis it is the guys controlling tabulation that rule the game. It has happened before. It will happen again, right under the noses of a few dozen well-meaning, vacation oriented foreign observers who have just parachuted into Haiti from Mars..

Almost two months ago, Maryse Narcisse told friend in Miami that there would be no elections. She was already aware of the plan and wasn’t willing to waste resources on futility.

During last week’s UN session in New York, Obama pressed Privert for a commitment to elections. Privert said he would do everything in his power to guarantee the process.

Of course, this provides absolutely no guarantee at all.

Privert can claim to have done “everything in his power to guarantee elections,” only to have a few violent terrorists upset the process, forcing cancellation.

We already know of the multiple arms shipments, into Haiti, controlled by Celestin and Lavalas. There is enough firepower involved to start a small war. Watch for a major event immediately before the election!

And now Citizen Privert, Lavalas militant, has taken key steps to effectively destroy the process.

In partnership with Leopold Berlanger he is creating a 14,000 member para-military force, supposedly drawn from the RNDDH, a group claiming to be human rights oriented. (Where did they come up with 14,000 members? Fewer than 137 in group now!)

This parallels Aristide’s Brigades of Vigilance, community teams that kept their districts under control. Remember Aristide call for “Zero Tolerance” after which many anti-Aristide elements were murdered, with no police action.

One murder was a 12 year old girl who was chopped up with a machete, a fork shoved into her vagina.

I suppose she was some sort of a political enemy, but the facts escape me.

But the community understood and non-Lavalas people stayed indoors. Many didn’t send their children to school, such is the effect of the Aristide/Lavalas terror.

It worked then.

It will work again

Everyone knows who supports the various political leader and these are easily singled out – when people are going to vote.

With 14,000 members, this team can be scattered throughout the nation, subtly intimidating voters. A simple word, to an opposition supporter, and they will turn around and go home. They know violence is a reality, and they could be killed.  An election is not worth dying for, especially when they guy you vote for will likely become a major thief.

In fact, a few will be killed, to make the point a certainty.

A well-meaning, non-Creole speaking foreign election observer could be standing next to one of these personal interactions and never know what happened.

The International Community, the Friends of Haiti, must understand the reality.

Last year’s election was a good election. When Celestin lost, and really lost big time, he, and the rest of the opposition, moved to destroy the process. Their creation of claims of “massive fraud” were accepted as reality by the usual suspects.

The simple truth is. Jovenel Moise won the election on the first round and should have been declared winner then. Unfortunately, President Martelly didn’t have the resolve to state this truth, believing the second round would confirm the Jovenel win. It would have, had the vote been completed.

By handing over to Privert, instead of following Article 136, as had Preval, to remain until a successor was in office, we were doomed to the Privert Plan.

Jovenel will win the ballot on October 9, 2016, if it is successfully held

It will not be a free-and-fair election with Privert in control.

Privert, Lavalas and others fear a Jovenel Presidency.

A Jovenel Presidency means a new path, to the future, for Haiti and will effectively mark the end of Lavalas forever.

So, to avoid a real free-and-fair result, to the Electoral Process, as expected by the International Community, and promised by Privert, an agreement has been reached between Aristide/Narcisse/Lavalas and Preval/Jude Celestin – TO REMOVE JOVENEL MOISE FROM THE PROCESS, LEAVING ONE OF THEM AS PRESIDENT.

A DOCUMENT – TO THIS EFFECT – HAS BEEN SIGNED. THIS IS THE REASON PREVAL IS NOW OUT OF HAITI – IN MIAMI – SO HE WILL HAVE AN ALIBI WHEN THE CRIME IS COMMITTED.

He will select a winner or derail the process.

JOVENEL MOISE SHOULD WIN IN THE FIRST ROUND.

INSTEAD, HE WILL BE ELIMINATED, LEAVING NARCISSE AND CELESTIN IN THE RUN OFF!!!

What follows will be chaos.

At least three containers of weapons have entered the country. Within the last week Privert has paid officials on both sides of the border to pass one shipment of 500 assault rifles, 400 Glock 17 pistols and a load of ammunition through Malpasse.

THIS IS A FORMULA FOR A TRULY FAILED HAITI.

THE FRIENDS OF HAITI – INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES MUST BE PREPARED, OR PRIVERT WILL WIN – HAITI WILL LOSE.

SHE DESERVES SOMETHING MORE – WE OWE IT TO HER!!!!

IF ALL ELSE FAILS – SHE HAS THE MARINES!!
