Why has this guy got a cell phone in his cell??
My goodness!
In a jail cell with his cell phone so that Brandt can coordinate things with his criminal associates.
When you lock someone up you should cut communications – completely!! This allows a proper investigation to move forward.
If the authorities do not want to cure the disease, let Brandt out of jail and forget the entire matter.
Brandt, and any others arrested, should be interrogated in isolation, with no press releases as to what has been said.
Of course, in Haiti, this is an impossibility.
