Over the years, Aristide/Lavalas would claim that their opposition was planning to kill Aristide/Lavalas loyalists, then do the murders themselves as great vehicles for propaganda.

Evans Paul, Aristide mayor of Port-au-Prince is also claiming the Martelly/Lamothe plan to kill Senators, and others.  Evans Paul is an expert on this subject, having used it many times in the past, for Aristide. Evans Paul is a simple, dedicated terrorist/murderer.

He is the one, in partnership with  Marie Laurence Lassegue, launched the killers that murdered some 240 supporters of Doctor Roger Lafontant, in early 1991. There is little chance that they will be judged for this in Haiti. It will finally be referred to God.

Aristide personally used the simple concept to great effects, ridding himself of problematic associates, while gaining propaganda victories against his opponents.

Father Jean Marie Vincent, eliminated immediately after he visited Aristide in Washington, suggesting he step aside to allow someone else the chance to run for president – since Aristide could not have a second term.

Antoine Izmery – who had become vocal in promotion of his own image, and said he was about to finance a presidential candidate.

Guy Malary – this had a number of motivations, behind the attempt to embarrass General Cedras. Guy Malary held $4,000,000 in cash for Aristide, from a justice improvement project and his wife became Aristide’s mistress, after Aristide killed her husband.

Pere Ti Jean – murdered within 2 hours of visiting Aristide, at Tabarre, to complain about the way Aristide had abandoned their original concepts. Ti Jean, Jean Marie Vincent and Aristide were the three original leaders of Liberation Theology here and Aristide eliminated 2.

We now have the dangerous combination of INITE – LESPOIR – LAVALAS aimed at destabilizing the Martelly/Lamothe government to take power and destroy Democracy, once and for all.

Who will they kill and blame Martelly/Lamothe??

If there is one thing about Aristide….he is predictable. If a plan works once, he will return to it again, and again, and again.

Time will tell.
