Members of President Rene Preval’s personal security unit tell of Manigat’s visits to President Preval, on several occasions, arriving shortly before midnight and being driven home by Preval’s security personnel after 0100 hours.
Since Preval’s prostate condition has left him impotent, and Manigat has the sex appeal of a brillo pad, it must be something else.
Just a follow up on the deal that saw Preval promise to fix the elections and place Manigat in the presidency.
Preval will control her cabinet, appoint her Prime Minister and UNITE – his party, will steal parliament.
